How to make speakers with a cardboard tube

These phone speakers are really simple and cheap to make, and they really work! Put your phone or MP3 player in the slot and hear the difference. Thanks to Megan from Wolverhampton for sending in this brilliant idea!

You will need
  • Two paper cups
  • A cardboard tube (e.g from kitchen roll)
  • Pencil
  • Scissors
  • Paint or something to decorate with
mobile phone in a kitchen roll tube speaker, decorated in pink
