'Thank you, Hull': Calum Scott on a decade of fame

Hull's Calum Scott burst onto the music scene in April 2015 after competing on TV talent show Britain's Got Talent, where he performed a cover of Robyn's hit Dancing on My Own.

A decade on from earning a Golden Buzzer from Simon Cowell, BBC Radio Humberside catches up with him and learns he puts his success down to from his home city.

Scott, 36, says: "I owe everybody in Hull for ing me in the very beginning and allowing me to achieve my dreams. Thank you."

The singer-songwriter recalls his favourite 'pinch me' moments, including flying his parents out to LA to sign his record deal, performing for the King and getting Leona Lewis into chip spice - a popular Hull condiment.
