Feel-good dancefloor favourites, hidden gems and fresh new tunes to make you groove. DJ Spoony serves up a brilliant selection of soulful house, classic soul, disco, RnB, UK Garage, Reggae, hip hop, doo-wop, funk, dance remixes, and everything else in-between.

Spoony picks his favourite moments from the week on Radio 2 in ‘2 Good’ and welcomes the weekend early, taking to the decks live in the studio for a twenty minute ‘Good Groove Mix’. Thursday is the new Friday!

Our genial host wraps things up with a ‘Midnight Feast’ track. Think big production, lush orchestration, and the best voices in the business!
